   Good
I’ve tried a few other brands over the years . This one is great taste great and 15 to 20 mins you get that tingling which I’ve only had off a couple before and you feel energised. I suffer a lot with tiredness so I take mine at dinner it boost me through my work day and training. By bed time it’s out of my system ready for a good night’s sleep. I stopped taking them just before training due to struggling to sleep . That’s my routine that works for me . Definitely recommend and will keep buying this product .
