   Problem with jaali
after 3 1/2 months the machine stopped grinding the wheat grain properly. called the company to check and first the man says it’s because you bought it online some parts are local!!! 3 jaalis included in machine don’t work. then he said it’s the setting which needs fixing. the jaali he has brought works. so how can it be the setting?

Efficient and Reliable: Natraj Atta Chakki Review
I’ve been using the Natraj Atta Chakki for a while now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. It grinds wheat efficiently, producing finely ground flour ideal for making rotis and other delicacies. The build quality is solid, ensuring durability. Overall, it’s a reliable investment for anyone looking to grind their own flour at home.

No customer support. Buy on your own risk.
Had it been 0 stars, I would have given it. There is no customer support. It stopped working after six months, the product is still in warranty. Though there is a customer support but they never send you engineer. I have been chasing them for more than a month now but no luck

Half the worth of price. I won’t recommend. Better consider some other options.
Machine’s vacuum cleaner just worked one, and its side windows sprinkle flour and stuff everywhere. Nd its auto switch off mode when there is no grain to grind , is also not working , main issue is this that it spread a lot of flour nd vacuum cleaner doesnt wrk.

   Good quality atta chakki
Very good product and quality found it really worth the cost, initially there were few confusions but once technician visited and given the demo it got sorted out
